We use music and art for social change, and we are working with Faraja Orphanage, Slum Children and the ZASO Orphans to provide support to them through our Creatives Tours.
Using music and art for social change has numerous benefits for children. These activities can provide children with a safe space to express their emotions and feelings, which may be difficult to put into words. Engaging in music and art can be a relaxing and calming experience, helping reduce stress and anxiety. Moreover, it can be a fun and engaging way for children to develop new skills and build their self-confidence. These skills can also help them in their academic pursuits and future
careers.
The benefits of music and art for social change are not limited to the children at Faraja Orphanage, Slum Children and ZASO. Research has shown that engaging in music and art can benefit children in a variety of ways, including improved academic performance, enhanced creativity, and improved mental health. Incorporating music and art into programs for vulnerable children can create a positive change in their lives and promote their overall well-being.
Our Beneficiaries recognize the power of music and art for social change and has incorporated these mediums into their efforts to provide care and support to orphaned and vulnerable children. Engaging in music and art can provide
emotional expression, stress relief, skill development, and socialisation, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for vulnerable children to grow and thrive.
